The personal data we collect & why we collect it
We may collect personal data such as name, email address, transactional data & technical data for the purposes of a seamless & positive user experience, for relevant record keeping and for other purposes such as newsletter subscriptions & customer account creation. User consent is given before personal data is collected. Personal data is also collected from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds.
Who we share your data with
Other than with the necessary third party service providers (such as payment processors or website analytics) we don’t share your data.
How long we retain your data
Data is only retained for as long as is necessary (for example it is retained while you hold an account with us or while you are actively subscribed to our newsletter). Contact form entries are kept for 6 months, analytics records are kept for a year, and purchase records are kept for up to ten years.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to your own personal data, and can withdraw/change cookie consents, subscriptions & other personal data when you want. For purposes of business record-keeping, purchase data/invoices need to be retained for the relevant period.
